A 2 1/2 to 3 pound pork roast or tenderloin
1/2 tsp thyme

1/2 tsp sage
1 1/2 tsp rosemary
1 bay leaf

2 fresh leaves of basil
1 apple, cored and cut into quarters
Salt and pepper
