1 1\/2 cups applesauce (or 2 medium apples finely chopped –\u00a0 add\u00a0 1\/3 cup of milk or apple juice or pudding depending on what texture and flavor you want to enhance)<\/p>\n
1\/3 cup melted butter<\/p>\n
1\/2 cup sugar<\/p>\n
1 egg<\/p>\n
1 teaspoon baking soda<\/p>\n
1 teaspoon baking powder<\/p>\n
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon<\/p>\n
1\/2 teaspoon salt<\/p>\n
1 1\/2 cups flour<\/p>\n
Mix apples, butter, eggs and sugar in large bowl until well blended.\u00a0 Combine dry ingredients in medium bowl.\u00a0 Add dry ingredients to wet and mix until moist.<\/p>\n
