This one I used at The Afterdark<\/p>\n
2 1\/2 cups flour<\/p>\n
1 tbsp sugar<\/p>\n
2 tsp baking powder<\/p>\n
1 tsp salt<\/p>\n
6 tbsp (1\/3 cup) butter<\/p>\n
1 cup veggie of your choice ( I usually use one or more of the following: Spinach, jalapenos, cheese, tomato, fresh basil, fresh sage, black olives, or scallions)<\/p>\n
1\/2 – 3\/4 c milk<\/p>\n
Mix first 4 ingredients, cut in butter.\u00c2\u00a0 Add veggie(s) of choice.\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0 Stir in milk then kneed lightly on floured surface.\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0 Pat out to approx 1 inch thickness.\u00c2\u00a0 Use cookie cutter or glass to cut out rounds.\u00c2\u00a0 Bake at 350 degrees on ungreased cookie sheet for 13-17 minutes.<\/p>\n
